REGULAR MEETING- MINUTES

The Council of the Town of Erickson held its regular meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers of the Town of Erickson on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.
Members Present: Mayor Val Soltys;

Mayor Soltys called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
- Adoption of the Agenda;
Resolution No. 147/11
JOHNSON - HUISMAN
Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted as presented.

- Adoption of Minutes;
Resolution No. 148/11
WALKER - SCHNELL
Be It Resolved That Council adopt the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 9th, 2011 as circulated.

- Delegations;
Candace Turchinski, MNP attended the meeting to discuss the 2009 Audit Report for the Town of Erickson with Council.
- New Business;
a) Finishing Mower Tender

Be It Resolved That Council accept the bid submitted by Terry Woywada in the amount of $533.77 for the 3 point hitch mower tender.

b) 2009 Audit Report;

Be It Resolved That Council table the 2009 Audit Report for the Town of Erickson.

c) Railway Avenue paving;
Resolution No. 151/11
WALKER - SCHNELL
Be It Resolved That Council authorize Profile Paving to patch pave the following as per quote:
2nd Street NW and Railway – 50’ x 24’, 56’ x 8’ (1648sqft) = $10,547.20
1st St NW and Railway – 30’ x 24’ (720sqft) = $4608.00
Between 2nd NW and 1st NW on Railway – 24’ x 40’ (960sqft) = $6144.00
Main Street and Railway – 30’ x 24’ (720sqft) = $4608.00
