SPECIAL MEETING- MINUTES

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1^ST, 2010

 

The Council of the Rural Municipality of Clanwilliam held a special meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers of the RM of Clanwilliam on Wednesday, December 1^st, 2010 at 6:05 pm.

 

Members Present:             Reeve Victor Baraniuk;

Councillor Jim Nylen;

Councillor Dave Maduke;

Councillor Les Woloshen;

CAO Kat Bridgeman;

 

1. Call to Order;

Reeve Baraniuk called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.

 

2. Adoption of the Agenda;

Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted as presented.

3. Purpose of the Meeting;

WOLOSHEN - MADUKE

 

Be It Resolved That Council adopt Policy J-FA006 and Policy J-FA005 being policies under Finance & Administration regarding municipal office hours/bonus’ and recurring newspaper advertisements.

Be It Resolved That Council donate a hoodie and water bottle to the Chamber of Commerce Christmas Hamper.
