SPECIAL MEETING - MINUTES
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7TH, 2010
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Clanwilliam held a special meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers in the Town of Erickson on Wednesday, April 7th, 2010 at 8:15 pm.
Members Present: Reeve Victor Baraniuk;
Councillor Dave Maduke;
Councillor Les Woloshen;
CAO Kat Bridgeman;
Members Absent: Councillor Jim Nylen;
Councillor Mitch Synchyshyn;
Call to Order;
Reeve Victor Baraniuk called the meeting to order at 8:15 pm.
Adoption of Agenda;
Resolution No. 78/10
MADUKE - WOLOSHEN
Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted.

PURPOSE OF THE MEETING;
Resolution No. 79/10
WOLOSHEN - MADUKE
Be It Resolved That Council agree to participate in the G10 Committee with the Reeve and Deputy Reeve automatically appointed;
Be It Further Resolved That Les Woloshen be appointed as the alternate.

Resolution No. 80/10
MADUKE - WOLOSHEN
Be It Resolved That Council tender for loading service during the shredding process at the Waste Disposal Grounds.

Resolution No. 81/10
WOLOSHEN - MADUKE
Be It Resolved That Council authorize the levelling of headstones at the Municipal Cemetery subject to a submitted quote or cost estimate detailing the cost per unit.
CARRIED
Resolution No. 82/10
MADUKE - WOLOSHEN
Be It Resolved That the submitted tests for water supply provided by the applicant on the proposed lots on SW 2-18-18W be approved by Council and removed as a condition of subdivision approval;
Be It Further Resolved That Road & Drainage plans approved by a qualified engineer be provided by the developer or the applicant prior to council removing the condition.
