REGULAR MEETING- MINUTES
MONDAY, APRIL 27TH, 2011
The Council of the Town of Erickson held its regular meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers of the Town of Erickson on Wednesday, April 27th, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.
Members Present: Mayor Val Soltys; Councillor Tami Johnson; Councillor Don Huisman; Councillor Brian Schnell; CAO Kat Bridgeman;
Members Absent: Councillor Dave Walker

Mayor Soltys called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
- Adoption of the Agenda;

JOHNSON - SCHNELL
Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted as presented.

HUISMAN - SCHNELL
Be It Resolved That Council adopt the minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 11th, 2011 as circulated.

- By-Laws;
a) Bylaw 598/11 – Tax Levy;
Resolution No. 99/11
SCHNELL - JOHNSON
Be It Resolved That By-Law No. 598-11 being a by-law of the Town of Erickson to provide for the levying of rates on all assessable property within the Town to raise the funds required for the lawful purposes of the Town in 2011 be given third reading, signed by the Mayor and affixed with the municipal seal.

JOHNSON - SCHNELL
Whereas the Municipal Act states that a member of council may not miss three consecutive regular meetings of council without permission from council;
Therefore Be It Resolved That Council grant Councillor Dave Walker permission to be absent from three consecutive meetings.
