SPECIAL MEETING- MINUTES

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 12^TH, 2010

 

The Council of the Town of Erickson held a special meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers of the Town of Erickson on Wednesday, February 12^th, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

 

Members Present: Mayor Cate Watrous;

Deputy Mayor Tami Johnson

Councillor Donna Vaughan;

Councillor Gerald Seguin;

Councillor Brian Schnell;

CAO Kat Bridgeman;

 

1. Call to Order;

Mayor Watrous called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.

 

2. Adoption of the Agenda;

JOHNSON - VAUGHAN

 

Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted as presented.

 

CARRIED

 

3. Purpose of the Meeting;

 

Resolution No. 46/10

SCHNELL - JOHNSON

 

Be It Resolved that the Regular Meeting of Council be recessed and that Council go into camera to discuss personnel matters.

Resolution No. 47/10

VAUGHAN - JOHNSON

 

Be It Resolved That Council come out of camera and continue with the Special meeting.

Be It Resolved that the Regular Council Meeting does now adjourn at 5:45 pm
