The Council of the Town of Erickson held its special meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers of the Town of Erickson on Wednesday, March 26^th, 2010 at 5:10 p.m.

 

Members Present: Mayor Cate Watrous;

Deputy Mayor Tami Johnson

Councillor Donna Vaughan;

Councillor Brian Schnell;

CAO Kat Bridgeman;

 

1. Call to Order;

Mayor Watrous called the meeting to order at 5:20 pm.

 

2. Adoption of the Agenda;

 

Resolution No. 72/10

VAUGHAN - JOHNSON

 

Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted as presented.

3. Purpose of the meeting;

a)     Staff Hiring; - TABLED

b)     Application extension;

c)     Invoices;

 

Resolution No. 73/10

SCHNELL - JOHNSON

 

Be It Resolved That Council approve of the following cheques to Heritage Co-op: Cheque 5307 in the amount of $2715.24, Cheque 5365 in the amount of $672.35, Cheque 0739 in the amount of $26.28 and cheque No. 5349 in the amount of $1561.05.
