SPECIAL MEETING- MINUTES

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5^TH, 2011

 

The Council of the Town of Erickson held a special meeting duly assembled in the Council Chambers of the Town of Erickson on Wednesday, October 5^th, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.

 

Members Present: Mayor Val Soltys;

Councillor Tami Johnson;

Councillor Don Huisman;

Councillor Brian Schnell;

Councillor Dave Walker

CAO Kat Bridgeman;

 

1. Call to Order;

Mayor Soltys called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

 

2. Adoption of the Agenda;

 

Resolution No. 231/11

JOHNSON - HUISMAN

 

Be It Resolved That the agenda be adopted as presented.

3. Purpose of the Meeting;

a)     Personnel/CAO;

 

Resolution No.  232/11   
HUISMAN - WALKER

 

Be It Resolved That Council purchase a $100 Future Shop Gift Card and split 50/50 with the RM of Clanwilliam a print, framing and plaque.

c)     Rossburn Trail sign;

d)     Christmas Party;

e)     D. Thomas – Offer to Purchase;

 

Resolution No. 233/11

JOHNSON - SCHNELL

 

Whereas an offer to purchase Lots 1 & 2; Block 2; Plan 285 has been received by the Council of the Town of Erickson;

 

Therefore Be It Resolved That Council accept the offer of $3500.00 by D. Thomas.
