Erickson itself is nestled among rolling hills and scenic countryside.  Several charming lakes such as Otter, Kerr's and Ditch Lakes lie close by and have developed cottage areas.

Erickson was awarded the 1995 MML Award for Most Beautiful Village. 
The Town of Erickson is a scenic and recreation paradise.

Campground Features:

  • Open May through September
  • 12 fully serviced sites with 30 amp power, water, and sewer.  Each pull through site is approximately 30ft x 100ft with a few exceptions.  They are partially graveled and include a grass area.  The fee for the fully serviced sites is $20.00 per night.
  • 25 no service sites that are all grass.  The fee for the no service sites is $15.00 per night, per tent, with the exception of immediate family.  With 2 tents on site, the fee would be $20.00, 3 tents on site for $30.00 and so on.
  • A seasonal pass is $650.00.
  • Each site includes a picnic table and burn pit.
  • Free firewood.
  • Garbage Shelter
  • Separate Men’s and Ladies washrooms, each with 1 washroom stall, 1 shower stall, 2 sinks, and an electrical plug-in.  They are handicap accessible.
  • There is a kitchenette on site that is closed in on 3 sides, and features a wood cook stove and 16ft x 22ft picnic tables inside.
  • All water is potable (safe), and is supplied by the  Town of Erickson.
  • Absolutely no reservations, sites are on a first come, first serve basis.  No exceptions. 
  • Fully serviced sites can be doubled up due to their size.
  • There is a self-registry and fee collection box at the entrance.
  • There are sheets with emergency contact numbers for emergencies on site.
  • The Little Valley Jamboree will be held June 20-21, 2009.  Campers will be arriving from the Sunday before to the Sunday of the Jamboree.  Full service sites are usually filled and doubled up by the Thursday before, if not sooner.
  • There is no pay phone on site, but there is one located on Main Street in Erickson, located only 3 blocks away.

tournaments now!  Great ice for figure skaters as well!
