The minimum quarterly billing is $54.99. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.25% penalty. Accounts overdue past 90 days may be subject to disconnection under the Public Utilities Board Order No. 39/09.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND INTERIM RATES
January 18, 2011
The Town of Erickson (Town) made application to the Public Utilities Board (Board) for revised water and sewer rates as set out in the Town’s By-law No. 588/10. By Order 6/11, the Board approved on an ex parte basis, interim rates for the Town’s utility, which are effective April 1, 2011.

Details of the application are available for review at the Town office, including other charges, disconnection and terms of service.
Any person wishing to make representations, or express concerns, to the Board should write The Public Utilities Board, 400 – 330 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 0C4 on or before February 25, 2011 (following which date the Board will decide whether any further notice and/or an oral hearing is necessary).
