EDWA is a non profit organization, dedicated to the preservation and conservation of our natural wildlife and the habitat that sustains them, while at the same time maintaining equal and open opportunity for angling and hunting enthusiasts in our area.

Affiliated with Manitoba Wildlife Federation and their many projects and programs. Some examples include: Hides to Habitat (Collection) , Manitoba Conservation Annual Raffle, Young Husband Lodge, Training programs such as hunter safety, junior rifle, junior shotgun, bow hunting, Hunters sharing the Harvest, youth fishing programs, fish enhancement programs, Becoming an outdoors woman, Derby for the Disabled, and too many more to mention. We also have our own projects to benefit our community.
